Widow's Mites would like to set the goal of supporting one child for a year from any proceeds from this web site. Since the "dotbomb fallout", this may not happen since World Vision needs $26 per month. Personally, my family is sponsoring two children, but we had hoped this site could earn enough to fund another.

Widow's Mites set the goal of sending 50 Bibles (they are only $4 each) from any proceeds from this web site when we first launched. In September of 2000, we were able to meet the goal (although they were only New Testaments) thanks to a match by through Bible League. $50 was given that was matched and that enabled 100 New Testaments to be sent to the country of Columbia! I can scan in the receipt if folks are interested. More have been donated.
Another $40 was given in October of 2002 that should cover 10 Bibles to be sent to China. We've also been supporting Prison Fellowship - they take the gospel to prisoners and run Angel Tree which gives Christmas gifts to children of prisoners.
Also, support for the American Center for Law and Justice, Prison Fellowship, and Angel Tree has been given. Another interesting one is Judicial Watch.
